I guess Gamble isn't interested.

I don't think Gamble is interested in leaving Philly.
He basically left the 49ers last year to take the same position in Philly because it is where he grew up and his father was team president.
All this despite very little chance of promotion because their GM is 38 and obviously not going anywhere soon.

It was always going to be highly unlikely that he leaves one year later.
