It WAS a forward pass by rule, just barely, but a good foot to 14" when you break it down in slow mo. You have to go with the exact moment the ball leaves the finger tips and where the BALL is, and where Brown catches the ball. Ben had momentum and Brown had to stop and at full speed it is hard to tell, but even on a review you could see it as a forward pass but TOO CLOSE to call.

The call on the field would have been TD, so there is NOT enough evidence to over turn it as it isn't 100% definitive. It is 98% clear, but Dolphins would have got ****ed on the call just like the Bills got ****ed in the playoffs that one year to Tennessee!
