Wonder if Law pulls a Winfield and agrees in principle then takes a higher offer elsewhere.

jeez, i really hope that this goes through. i do not want him staying in the division.

Good... he's damaged goods and he'll be lucky to see 8 games this year. And yes, they added a ton of talent, but assembling superteams who don't have time to gel in the nfl just doesn't work. Just ask anyone in DC.

I am not one to gloat but I have been predicting he might end up with the Chiefs all along. It makes sense.Championship run.Probably the HCs last year.Injury problems to their starters.Warfield suspended.Lots of potential bonus money available for Law.And another ring to add to his collection.

What did LAW get in his Contract hopefully not more than SURTAIN...PAT SURTAIN has better numbers in career than LAW...dont tell me a superbowl gives you a better contract...BS!

How in tarnation can the Chiefs afford BOTH, Surtain and Law!!! They were making such a stink about having to pay big bucks to Surtain and yet now, they can pay for both!! I smell a really big rat here!!! :fire:

Voodoo economics. They are sacrificing their future in order to win now.I am not a capologist but its been done before.

I might have to drive up to Invesco (65 miles away) to see the Donkeys and Chefs battling it out....it is always a good game when Denver and KC play. KC is gonna have a nice secondary and I see them winning the division with Denver and SD battling for 2nd and the Raiders finishing last. :D

They picked up Kendrell Bell during the offseason too.
Didnt K. Bell fail a physical with the Giants, and then signed with the Chiefs?

cant wait until the cheif's come down here in the fall. I true test for whoever we have as QB...
Nah. With their Dline, you just run the ball all day long on them. I would let Ricky/Ronnie carry the ball 40 times against that Dline.

Glad we didn't get him.

I said all along that he is an aging, injury prone, high-priced player.

Exactly the opposite of what we need.

Ty Law was just on ESPN radio about 2 minutes ago with Trey Wingo (filling in for DP today). Neither of them mentioned that he was even close to signing with anybody.
