Fact is he has not been found guilty of any crime. And he's a drug abuser because of what a few texts from a snake.

You know that no matter what a Steeler does, though, they are still gonna be the class of the NFL. Not like Big Ben is a rapist or anything.

I'm the first to bash Pouncey( see my sig), but seriously if you won't talk to police your lawsuit should be dismissed!
 
Pounceys to file counterclaim:

Steelers center Maurkice Pouncey and Dolphins center Mike Pouncey will be fighting fire with fire. In response to the lawsuit filed against them on Friday, they’ll be exercising their right to sue the persons who have sued them.

“The allegations in the complaint about my clients are completely false,” attorney Jeffrey M. Ostrow tells PFT via email. “As I previously stated, Mike and Maurkice Pouncey had absolutely no involvement whatsoever in the alleged incident that evening and did nothing wrong. This claim is a complete sham. The plaintiffs and their lawyer are perpetuating these lies in a bid for notoriety and financial gain. We intend to defend this case through trial if necessary and will be filing a counterclaim for malicious prosecution and defamation.”

It's just a drama queen looking to make a quick buck of off football players not known for their "sensitivity" to drama queens.

GREAT quote from a story on Mettenberger getting punched by an Alabama fan at a bar that relates to this Pouncey case:

That's what's going on here w. the Pouncey brothers. They are a target of someone looking to make a dollar (while crying discrimination and abuse).

Fraud is what it is, and all those who jumped on the bandwagon against the Pouncey bros need to check themselves, imo.
