I'm sure Fasano feels he should have caught it, and the standard line is that if you can get your hands on it you should catch it. Fine. But it was thrown to the back shoulder of a guy running the other way, not in his numbers as people keep saying. For those that say how smart Henne was not to throw it where he could cleanly catch it, because there was a lb coming in, OK, then why are you throwing it there at all? If he could unlock off of his 1 target and actually survey the field, he might find a better option. Best case, he completes the pass, Fasano gets clocked, and we gain what, 4-5 yards. That's best case. Yawn.
Matt Moore's int, othoh, was downfield, again more the receiver's fault, but essentially a punt when the worst case happened. And best case? Big gain, possibly even TD.
Yes, Fasano should've caught it. But it would have been a tough catch based on where it was thrown, and the poor decision-making is probably more relevant than the actual throw.
