Oh yeah, Joe ran off Dansby, Burnett and Bush.
 
Seems like Joe dismantled the leadership so he could have sole voice on the team.

No man is an island.

None of us know exactly what or who the problem is... but we can only hope this organization has a wake up call similar to Tom Coughlin's when they got their season turned around won his first Super Bowl.

This situation is starting to sound eerily similar to it. (not predicting a Super Bowl win, btw)
 
The team leadership was dispersed to the four corners of the NFL.
 
Good leadership doesn't let someone "quit" the team halfway through the season.

Absolutely pathetic, i'm so pissed right now.

Philbin needs to be replaced!
 
We'll find out tomorrow night. If the team gets blown out, it'll probably mean it has none. If on the other hand certain players appear motivated and make plays, those are probably your leaders.

To be fair Martin might be mentally messed up. Ray Lewis would not even be able to keep a person suffering from bi-polarism from snapping.
 
It didn't sit right with me that when players stood up last year and took the role of leaders we got rid of every single one of them. Philbin wants to be the sole leader then he better be able to pull it off.

Yes this would be a terrible thing from a personal perspective. However, from a business perspective it would further bring to light that the team management should have considered this when NOT making and offer that Jake Long could refuse.. and as much as I hate to say it, we should have better addressed O-line in the draft. I am holding back from saying in the first round only due to the fact that I think several of the top oline picks are done for the season or struggling.

Really disappointed that basketball season may be of importance in November.
