I was hoping for Harbaugh or Pederson, but it doesn't look like it's in the cards for us.
That's the rumor no matter where he goes. But i heard Allen is pushing to keep Dorsey in Buffalo.
Dorsey will be promoted to Bills OC. I actually liked the defensive staff the Dolphins had last year and wouldn’t be upset if the next HC keeps the defensive staff. As long as he gets rid of every coach on the offense.

My sources are saying Stephen Ross will own the Dolphins from beyond the grave.
I feel like we should keep our defensive coaches also as I believe they know the system that works and wouldn't be surprised if they were calling the last half of last season

I prefer McDaniel, but the Dolphins’ sneaky great strategy might have been to tease Vance Joseph as the favorite. That way if they hire ANYONE ELSE he is instantly well received.
