I would hire Dan Quinn as HC. He has paid his dues, is coming into his prime, and is defensive oriented.
I would keep Lazor and look for a different DC that can utilize our current players.

Not sold on Gurley. Anyone who would risk their college career to sign a few autograph's for a few bucks is not very smart.

RBs do not need to be smart. Especially a freak of nature like him. If we grab Gurley we are beyond blessed.
