Log jam at running back and tight end

first can I get some clairification, are moore and wallace even able to be stashed on the ps again?

Yeatman, Mustard, and Messam are gone. I think Clay will continue to be a FB/TE.
X-Pac is probably right, Yeatman & Mastrud are probably gone for sure. They aren't Philbin's guys and I'm not how sure they will fit into the new offense. For that matter, Fassano better be careful because if he doesn't step it up and Messam does . . . . He could be a cheaper more inspired option at TE.

Moore and Wallace have had 1 training camp! I think it's a little early to give up on developmental players after 1 training camp.

From what little I heard about the off-season OTA's, Wallace was really stepping up. He didnt have OTA's last year (his first) and a rushed training camp. I think he does MUCH better this year in training camp and makes the team. He has the size and speed. In fact there were times last year that I kept mistaking him for Brandon Marshall!

Don't you worry about my boy Fasano, he'll be fine. Most underappreciated player on the roster, someone still needs to block at TE and do the other things a TE is supposed to do and Fasano is a well rounded as they come.

I cannot wait for the two TE set to unleash hell this season.

I thought they'd been here longer.
yep wallace and moore will be on thier 3rd year.

I was kind of surprised, too. They HAVE TO show that they've made marked improvement or they are gone. I feel that Wallace may have a good chance to make the team. I think Moore is good as gone.....has reached his ceiling.

I definitely could see them trading Reggie if Miller/Thomas/Slaton are balling out. You only have him for another year and if some team comes knocking on the door with a day 2 pick . . . I'd bite on that. Still Miami has to be careful here because Reggie is probably the biggest seat filler they have left on this team and you have to factor that in, especially for next season.

Slaton and Thomas are IDEAL for this offense, and Miller brings the homerun threat and threat on returns. I like the combo at RB.

This will be Moore and Wallaces 3rd year, but they didn't really have an off season last year to improve during camp. I think the summer between your rookie year and 2nd year is key to development and a lot of players, including Misi, missed that.

Fasano is so underrated here, it is a real shame. I think we are going to see a Fasano/Martin kind of situation and our TE position will bring in 80 passes.

Yeatman is a keeper but I have no idea why Slaten keeps getting all this love. I know that we are all homers but really, there are reasons we were able to pick him up off of the street. I think he is a goner.

I'm hoping that L Miller can also return punts so Bess can just be a WR.

You people are crazy. Bush isn't going anywhere. He is our best offensive threat, has only one year left on his contract. Nobody is giving up a 2nd or 3rd round pick for a back with a one year contract. If he was signed for a long term deal that was cost effective maybe you get a 4th or 5th.

Do you people watch what is going on? Asanta samuel in the same position goes for 7th round pick. Owners want young and cheap players under this new agreement. They are not giving up valuable pick for older expensive players.

And if all we are getting is 5th, 6th or 7th I'd just as soon keep Reggie and his production.

People forget that with a decent QB Fasano and Martin ran loose in 08 and accounted for 65 rec., 900 yards, 10 td's (7 were Fasano's) and 14 yrds a catch and that was before it was trendy to use the TE in a hybrid type roll like NE and Green Bay have done.

unlike the last coaching staff that loathed putting rookies or less experienced players in, i think this staff will let the best players play at each position.

You got it bro. Fasano is the anchor, Martin was the extra pass catcher. With a decent QB and a decent pass protecting OL, Fasano and Egnew can do some serious damage. When we line up in a two TE set the defense is going to have to make some hard decisions on which formation they go to and who covers who.

Then it is up to our OC and QB to find the mismatch.
