Per Rotoworld Eric Winston wants to be the highest paid Right Tackle in the NFL. To be paid the highest you at least have to be in the top 5 at your position. He is good but not 6,7,or 8 million a year good. I would rather draft Reiff or Martin than pay him that kinda money. Or maybe Carey is healthy and can slide back over to Tackle

i think he's $6 mil a year good...right tackles usually are cheaper than left tackles...but i don't know what the highest paid right tackle money market is...i'm sure its at least $6 mil per though...didn't we sign carey years ago to a 6 year $42 mil deal...i wanna say i recall that

Well no wonder he thinks we lowballed him. We aren't giving him that kind of money.

we dont have that kind of money to even offer lol. our only hope is that the market dries up just like it did for Big Paul. slim chance, but it would be nice

we gave marshall 5 million so you can make a case for winston getting 6

Rotoworld has been wrong from time to time.

Just heard that he was on the radio today and said that the next team he goes too will have to have a good shot of competing for a Super Bowl.

That would basically go against what Rotoworld is reporting.

He wants around 8 to 10 million a year. No way we pay that and im glad we wont.

according to some KC people, Winston wants 10 million a year

for a right tackle...if thats the case he can pound sand...$10 mil...my ***

i wouldn't give him $8 mil either...right tackle is not that hard to find...

 He has a long history of injuries going back to his UM days . . . he ain't getting 10 million a year.

Since 2007 has started every game which is more than we can say for Jake Long. I do agree 10 mill is way too much though

for $10 mil at right tackle i better have a left handed franchise and i mean top 3 nfl qb and he better have feet like a damn dancing bear...and even then i'm still telling you to take $8 mil or leave it

I thought John Jerry looked pretty good late last season. No reason he shouldn't be improved this season as well.
