Lot of roster bonus money. I guess that means if the Chiefs can always cut him in a few years if he get injury issues. Also if there's a strike or missed season in future due a virus outbreak he's going to get that roster bonus money regardless and would only be risking losing some of his base salary.
i love how Tom Pellisserio called it a "conditionally guaranteed" contract, as if that made any sense.

Brilliant on the part of KC. By signing a long term deal now, this puts them ahead of the salary cap and inflated QB salaries 3-4 years down the road.
