Ireland deserves all praise he has built the dolphins into a dominant contender year after year
 
Oh man Ross' comments about Ireland are scary.

Really Steve he is 31-33! Wait by finheaven logic Ireland is only responsible for 2011 so 6-10 it is!

Why you haters keep hating on Ireland, he continues to make you guys cry. Yeah it end and starts with the Owner of the team, and I'm glad Ross realize what we have in Ireland..

So Ireland was out there coaching? He was out there dropping balls and helping the defense fold in the 4th quarter over and over?

So you are saying its silly for people to blame Ireland our gm for us losing three straight years and I replied so if we start having success then Ireland deserves none of the credit.
Not sure where the disconnect is on what I said but ok.

How is it silly for the Gm of our team to not shoulder any of the blame for three straight losing seasons

Ireland did draft many of these guys and sign them so he has some responsibility. he was also a part of our failed back to back 2nd round qb's that have been failures
 
You're generalizing and don't even realize it.

Players are solid, gameday coaching, preparation and discipline is poor. This is not Ireland's fault.
