What exactly do you do for a living? Seriously, I need to know. I have been wanting to estimate talent in the NFL for 3 decades now, and obviously whatever you do is the key that has eluded me for these 30 years.
Please do enlighten us to what you do so we can all learn to evaluate talent as honestly and accurately as you can....

Everyone's making some good points but in the end, we DON'T know who's picks were who when Parcells was here.You can't have it both ways. Like someone said, you can't say every bad pick was Bill and every good one was Jeff. You can't blame him for everything but you can not just ignore the regresion either.If reports are right(and I don't know if they are)that Fisher and maybe others don't want to work with Jeff then that's not a good thing. But instead of arguing all day about Jeff, we could all just wait and see what happens since we have no say in what's going on.

too early to say if thomas blows I admit i hate to hear people use this term because I would like to really hear more of a perspective but so far Thomas and his 3.5 per carry has not been impressive except in very limited moments like early in year

How many more 6-10 and 7-9 seasons must we endure before Ross realizes he needs to go the way of Sparano? I do, however, hope he can luck up and find a good QB and make this team stable and successful again. My disdain for Ireland and Ross is only overshadowed by my love of the Dolphins.
