If this is true we are still in for a world of hurt, and we won't get a top GM.The media will be right we are dysfunctional.

This looks more like a group of middle school girls back stabbing and bickering at the lunch table then a NFL front office.
 
This is getting comical at this point.

Why not just let Jeff Ireland write his own Op-Ed in the Herald?

Do you guys think Aponte and Philbin's presence could hurt the team's ability to bring in a strong GM candidate? That is all that matters right now.

Ireland, dude, show some dignity for God's sake.
 
One BIG problem I see with this story is Joe Philbin. Say what you want about his coaching, I just don't see him as the contriving, petty backstabber that Mando makes him out to be. It doesn't fit what I have seen from him. Aponte may be that and more. Just my two cents worth.
 
His first story on the dysfunction last night was one thing. This to me reads like Ireland is just spoon feeding him a bunch of details to throw in his blog. Either way Ross, Philbin and Aponte can't be thrilled stuff like this is leaking out.

I don't know if it would truly hurt the GM search, I'll just keep holding onto hope that everything works itself out.
