Wayne pushing Manning would be like me punching out the Boss's son at work. He probably deserves it, but it just isnt the smart thing to do if you want to keep your job.

It's the NFL. Tampers are going to flare when your in the heat of battle. Not a big deal, a lot of people said these things happen all the time. I guess it's just a bigger deal when it happens to a Pedigree like Peyton Manning (a pretty boy, who's gotton everything he's ever asked for in his life)!
