It wouldn't be a waste...they already have a complete team, they can afford luxeries.

That's how downfalls start though. If a key player goes down (say Brian Dawkins) then they'll have one less pick for depth just because they wanted a little "project".

Why dont they go for a WR? Thats my question well, I guess it wouldnt hurt them if they draft Wright.

I would not spend a 2nd rounder on anyone in the supplemental draft unless it were Leinart. These guys scare me.
