Manuel Wright may not come cheap

here are some guys that would be a lot better:
Roderique Wright, Texas
6' 5"/305 lbs.

2.* Haloti Ngata, Oregon
6' 5"/338 lbs.

3.* Gabe Watson, Michigan
6' 4"/331 lbs.

4.* Orien Harris, Miami
6' 4"/300 lbs.

5.* Le Kevin Smith, Nebraska
6' 2"/305 lbs.

The listed players may be better, but they are not available now - and we anorexic at DT right now. Wright might be the best chance to spend a 3rd or 4th and get a very promising player that will help immediately.

Also, with Bowens gone and Chester close, and the rest of the DT rotation filled with guys you would rather not see starting, having Wright now, may keep us from having to draft higher than wanted for DT need in April.
 
If they get him for a 4 or 5th rounder then I think it would add some value but he is going to be a raw project.
