I dont think even Young would consider himself in the same category as Marino.In fact there was a real possibility that he wouldnt have been nominated this year.

This is the Marino HOF show.Period.The other nominees will be talking about getting in the HOF the same year as Marino did.

BTW I wish the best to our fellow FH members who are over there.I know its a lifetime dream to many of them.Have a few of these.I wish I was with you.

There was never a doubt in anyones mind who has a brain to think that Young would be nominated. 4 Passing titles in a row, highest QB rating ever, highest career QB rating, 6 TDS in a SB, most rushing TDS ever by a QB, Most rushing Yards by a QB.....

There was never a possiblity he wouldnt get nominated. There was never even a doubt hed make 1st ballot.

I am glad he came in with DAN, because it validated how great DAN was. Today Dan was the starting QB, and Young was once again holding the clipboard! Also Dan was nice enough to praise Steve in his speech, did steve say anything about Dan, besides the fact that " He's taller than me." No love for young from me, IMO, he was just bitter that he's holding the clip again on his HOF day! HA HA!
