Exactly... I love how rather than take time to consider what's gone wrong with the organization. People would rather tear into one of the greatest players in NFL history and a man who has always presented himself as one of the nicest and most professional players in the league. So yeah.. "**** Manning." Ridiculous.
 
If we don't get Flynn, this team will only win 2 games next year. We won't win more than 3 games, even with Flynn. We are the only team in the league that isn't improving.
 
come on guys...Manning is looking for an easy way to win a superbowl. He is not going to do that facing rex ryan Defense and the Patriots 4 times a year. Its obvious that he wants to go to a division in which he can actually win.

Link? I call BS on this because I never heard or saw a report and I was looking for Marino to get involved, in fact yesterday ( or the day before) WQAM had a whole 2 hour segment where they bitched and moaned that Marino didn't lift a finger to try and help the Dolphins, so I wonder where you "heard" this?

Again why did the media report the complete opposite? They needed the drama of the failed team of course. Ross didn't leak jack ****, I would love for there to be a report where Ross leaked his interest in Manning. It was all media abuse of the Dolphins, like usual.

As he whores himself out to every team in the league, Manning is a choir boy now? I'll give him marks for being savvy but are you people really that naive to buy into the awe shucks country boy image he's created for himself? Ridiculous! Oh yeah and **** Manning too!
 
In 2-3 short years (maybe sooner if he gets blinded) this Manning mania will a distant memory and hopefully we will have a 20 something under center to ride into the future with...

I agree it seems that our ownership/front office seem to be a joke. I will say that I hope Marino didn't visit with Manning to ask/beg him to come here. I would hope Marino has more self respect than that. If Manning doesn't want to come here, then screw'em. I want players here that WANT to be here. If we don't get the big name FAs, then so be it. At this point I'm hoping that Philbin and his staff will bring respectability back to us and that will come in the form of wins.
With that I guess we'll just have to see how the rest of the FA period goes and upcoming draft, then hopefully the players we have can turn it around.
 
**** that I know the clowns running the show have no honor, but Marino does! Marino knows how the game is played if Manning has no interest Marino shouldn't have been ask to lower himself. You Ross/Ireland homers have no bounds! We fans that demand excellence and results aren't the problem, you people that except their incompetence and search for any excuse to justify mediocrity are the problem!

Give me a ****ing break he is researching all options and finding the best fit for him and his family. Just because he saar through the Ross/Ireland smoke screen for what the circus reality is he isn't worrying himself out. Don't even try and tell me if you were in his situation you wouldn't explore all options!

Now it's being called "researching" all his options? Really? The naiveté of fans never ceases to amaze me. Peyton doesn't want money just the best fit, yeah whatever. The best fit will probably be where he makes the most money and has the best chance to win. We couldn't even offer him the most money because of cap issues, you don't think that hamstrung us?

stop riding this guys jockstrap like he's some kind of angel, I respect him as a competitor because he's a ferocious competitor on and off the field. He's going to get the best deal plain and simple. ( like he should) He's just like any other free agent looking for the best deal. he just has Governor's calling him. . .
