Its' the "win now" attitude. A first year Offense is limited when compared to what that offense can do the following year. In essence the offense is scaled back. Something this unit does not need...

If they wanted to scale back this offense anymore they would have to only send 10 players out on the field.

Ricky would do well any offense. The whole west coast offense is a sham anyway, its more a philosphy then a game plan.
