McDaniel is a nice guy but his stubbornness and lack of adjustments are his downfall. He's not showing he's learning at all. Teams have adjusted to them even if they have injuries. People don't find the quirkiness cute anymore. Now he's a nice guy who can't command winners when there is adversity. The media will only sour on him more. People don't respect you when you don't win the big games. They just look like frauds.

As much as I appreciate what McDaniels has done in two seasons, he's got to toughen up and run a tighter ship. The goofball act has run its course and the love, positivity, no true accountability shtick has got to end.
