Mckinney to start against Jags

I was thinking along those lines as well, until I realized Nick shouldn't have to put Mckinney in a game situation to know he sucks.
I'd rather have Rex soaking in the game experience than Seth wasting our precious time. Right now, you've got to think this is Nick telling Seth, okay here's your last chance. Put on your gameface and show us why we should even consider you as the starting or backup center.

More likely it's this; a last chance to audition to even stay on the roster.

Well it appears Rex will also be starting on Sat,he will be playing the RG position wile Mckinney plays the C position. It also appears that James might not play.I read he felt ill at todays practice again with heat strokes and dehydration...Man I swear Jeno sounds like a P*$$Y. I cant wait for MIddleton to starts and for Rex to steal the Center position.and why the hell didnt Jeno suffer with this last year.Oh yea! we had a coach by the name of WAnny.I wonder why they havent tried Mcintosh or Alabi at the LG position.....

well im not much of an analysist person...but when Mckinney and Whitley were in i saw some decent blocking..even though it was the backup bears

Rex Hadnot, who started at center against the Bears, will play right guard on Saturday while Seth McKinney is expected to get the starting nod in front of Frerotte.

``Those decisions were all made long ago, that one guy was going to do one thing in one game and somebody else was going to do something in the next,'' said Saban, who repeated the ``snapshot in time'' refrain that he has used throughout training camp when discussing depth chart matters.

From the Sun-Sentinel.

You have got to be kidding me.

I'd like to see you go practice in full pads twice a day in the South Florida heat with the nasty stomach virus Jeno had.

Hell, he was feeling sick before the practice he collapsed and still wanted to go out there to try to help the team.

I made that statement of yours big and bold so everyone can see how ignorant it was. :shakeno:

so this has been confirmed that mckinney will grace us with his presence on the field. wow i am flabbergasted, would it be safe to assume we may need to sign another qb ,because we may go through all 4 qbs with mckinney in there.

FinAtic 8480---you need to know something. Jeno was in pretty serious condition with the last illness , just a touch away from life threatening and still hasn't recovered completely. For you to come with your condemnation of him as a person is out of line and pretty stupid. Unfortunately, there are way too many on this board that seem too get a testosterone rush from belittling players but your comments are beyond belief.

Heat stroke, specially when you are over 300 lbs is something very serious. Remember what happened in Minny!
As far as the line goes, this is my question: We have seen McKinney at C, Hadnot at C, how about St Clair?? He can play that position, he has done it in the past. Why not give him now (that Jeno is still ill) a chance to see what he can do at C. We know Hadnot is solid at RG, Middleton is solid (if healthy) at LG, our weakness is still the C position. Why not give St Clair a shot there. This guy was our best o-lineman last year!

Sorry for hurting the feelings of all those out there with the Jeno remarks, but players now a days seem to be more sensitive than back in the years.I dont understand how last year he didn't suffer from heat strokes but this year.Is His body is collapsing with the intense pratices from mister saban. The p*ssy remark was made do to the fact that is what i felt at the time.Im not gonna take it back but ill apologize to those whos feelings i hurt.

And my question to you is why havent they tried mcintosh at LG middleton at RG and Hadnot at center.

This is for the best, as it gives Saban the remaining cover he needs to make Hadnot his starter from Sunday on.
why would he need an excuse to start someone?

Marcus Stroud and John Henderson have got to be salivating like Pavlov's dog right about now.

Man the Jags defenders will LOVE this. DId you see McKinney get flattened against the Bears? I just shook my head and laughed.

yeah man it was sad yet funny at the same time. how can he be in the nfl and be a former/current starter no less and suck this bad?
