McKinnie: Incognito is welcomed back

Of course they want him back. They know he did nothing wrong. They dont rise and fall to the financially motivated opinions of a bunch of limp dick academics at msnbc. They know how to be real men. If this were real bullying or real racism, you can bet the team would voice that and id agree with them. But its not and everybody knows it.

Let him back. This bully **** has lost some steam over the past week or so. Winning solves all. If we bring him back and win/make playoffs, this story will go away.

The self-righteous types like Cris Carter and Shannon Sharpe will go ballistic because McKinnie is black and, you know, Carter and Sharpe can speak for all black people since all blacks are a homogenous group that MUST think exactly the same.

He isn't a good player or person, why bring him back? What upside is there?

He isn't a good player? He went to the
ProBowl LAST year! Guess any old scrub can go play in that game. Why isn't he a good person? Be cause the talking heads in the media have said so?

His play has been substandard this year by any account, and they haven't missed him at all since hes been gone. As far as being a POS human, look no further than how he treated that poor woman on the golf course. Let alone sexually assaulting her, he dumped water on her head afterward. If it was your mom that happened to, I'm sure you would think differently. I've had it with people defending this goon.

Your football wisdom and knowledge is incredible. You should be the coach of the Dolphins. Your opinion of him is much more trustworthy than his own teammates. Please enlighten us some more with your wise words. I am not sure I can make it through the night without them.

Bryant might welcome Richie back, but it is far more likely that he's not coming back. With all of the media attention there is additional scrutiny on how Miami handles itself. This is not about what Incognito can do to strengthen the O-line, it's about the team visibly demonstrating what behaviors are acceptable and what are not. This will be a decision in which our owner will be accountable and he will use it to make a statement that moving forward the Miami Dolphins is a team of high character. Stephen Ross is a self made billionaire who has progressively learned how to be a good owner by learning from mistakes (it doesn't come with an owner's manual). This decision affects the culture of the organization and having built his business from nothing (he started his career as a tax attorney in Detroit), he understands business culture and the Dolphins are a billion dollar investment. I also understand that he is an observant Jew and embraces high principles. The team will move on without Richie and probably Jonathan, as well.

You dont get rid of anyone because media attention. It was not Richie who cause all of this, it was Martin. Was Richie a meathead, yes but you dont punish for being a meat head. If they let Richie go and he wants to come back, then i lose much respect for this franchise.

IF thats the case we might as well go sign nothing but a bunch of priests and nuns because if Richie isnt allowed to come back because of the N word than the WHOLE LEAGUE IS IN TROUBLE ......

Incognito is just a hard drinking, 'roid raging Wildman. :chuckle:

Naaa. This is a Wildman...

I'd like to see RI catch a coyote with his bare hands.

Why isn't he a good person? Be cause the talking heads in the media have said so?

No, he's not a good person because he's caused trouble at every place he's ever played football. And he's not a good person because he thought it was perfectly okay to commit sexual battery on a volunteer at a golf tournament. Or are those things that good people do?

And as for Philbin's philosophy he better look around the league because it just isnt in Miami , its all over the League and Miami isnt going to become a place where you go to get saved and go to heaven and it never will be so philbin better not make his judgement just on this along ..

Happy to help u out. Look how he acts and treats people. Not sure why you want a person like this on your team. Who cares if some of his teammates like him, lots of people don't. He already been kicked off EVERY team he has been on and it look like he will keep his streak going. Smh

Guess you can add me to your list of idiots and retards bro. I'd take Richie back long before I'd want that whinning cry baby back.

i'd also like to hear both sides in the golf incident. I've played in charity events and usually they have beer cart girls who are from Hooter's and such that clown around with the participants..Sounds like Richie had a few beers and got carried away. Not exactly sexual assault.
For all we know she's maybe just chasing a buck. After all she took money to keep quiet :idk:

Wisdom = knowing u don't know.... good advice

I don't want a bunch of priests and nuns either. I want a tough team of winners. However, is it too much to expect them to try to behave as decent law abiding citizens?
We have only been fed a few snippets, but this investigation is about a lot more than Richie using the N-word and volunteering to defecate in Jonathan's mouth. The Martin - Wells meeting went for over 7 hours. The Incognito - Wells meetings went for over 8.5 hours over 2 days. This is obviously a much bigger deal with a lot more evidence than you expect. This is a landmark case and the eyes of the sporting world are on our team. Do you really think that Richie will be given a rap on the knuckles and told to be careful what he says in the future and suit up for the next game? I am prepared to be char broiled if I'm wrong, but I think that Martin is in a strong position and the team will dump Richie when given the green light by the attorneys. The full extent of the impact to the Dolphin organization depends on the magnitude of mismanagement/cover up. But I will very surprised if having conducted these exhaustive meetings if there is no substance to Martin's complaint.
