McKinnie suggests change of rhythm and cadence

Fans demanding he explain it when it might put the team at a competitive disadvantage or stop doing it simply because they don't understand it are morons.

Fans didnt demand any explanation. Voluntarily saying something that is a completely falsity is moronic. I didnt ask for an explanation. The OL, who knows more about how the game is being played than the HC, and that HC not taking suggestions from that OL, is moronic.

I don't believe that. Especially when it's coming from a generally slower tackle that we just picked up mid season.

You dont believe the players on the field, who are experiencing everything that is going on, dont know know more about the game than the people standing on the sidelines? Agree to disagree

You truly underestimate what coaches do.

Again, I have a hard time believing this "epiphany" from a player acquired mid season.

Philbin never said he didn't believe the players on the field, he said sometimes the defense gets a jump on silent snap counts no matter what you do to try and throw them off.

This proves me right once again about this coaching staff. These guys are clueless. The media noticed the problem, the fans noticed the problem and now the OPPONENTS are now noticing the problem but yet they do nothing to address it. I have not watched a live Dolphins game since the Tampa Bay debacle because I refuse to have my stomach in knots for 3 hours on Sunday afternoons. I watch the game on DVR after it's over. I have that little faith in Failbin and his band of amateurs.

Just a heads up; the media and the average fan are the complete morons, not the coaching staff.

And this post solidifies your average fan status.

Case in point, New England gameday thread comments on Philbin's use of timeouts before the half, like a minute before we scored what turned out to be a very important TD:

lol at miami calling a TO

do they really think they'll get the ball back and score before the half ends

oh, Joe. Sometimes you just tickle me pink

Stupid Philbin calling time outs. What will happen is instead of being down 10-0 at half, we'll be down 17-0 after a pick six or sack fumble.

New England was gashing us. Need the D to collect themselves. Hence the time out.

why are they calling timeouts

Great coaching philbin. Give NE those timeouts

Joe saying his team was not flat against Buffalo is a flat out lie or he has no pulse of his team.

McKinnie's words are taken as gospel because he's the one in the trenches and he knows best if the D was getting a jump or not. So who has a better vantage point on whether or not the team was flat than the Head Coach? Even if he does believe the team was flat, do you really take issue with him not throwing the team under the bus to the press? Would that be the best way to motivate them for the very important upcoming game?

You might be right, but there is also the idea of challenging your team.

My coaching instincts are always opposite of Joe. We will see what occurs tomorrow.

its been done before and not doing so might be on Tannehill, not necessarily on the coaching staff

Again, the coaching staff skates by a mistake that they could easily correct.

Apparently McKinnie clarified that he was talking about the Bills having a good feel for the timing of our silent count, he wasn't talking about the go/go-go thing and has no problem with that.

Bitches.

You're right. The go-go's are not the problem. It's the tells between Jerry and Pouncey (mainly Pouncey). When dumb fans like me can tell when the snap is going to happen from the comfort of my living room while being lit up on alcohol, this can only mean on thing.

This is absolutely a coaching problem.
