Personally I like calling him Teddy Ginn Juyaaaa (you know like Elaine in that episode of Seinfeld where she meets John Kennedy Juyaaaa as she says).

But of all the ones Ive seen I have to go with the Ginn Reaper. Thats a good one. Like that song dont fear the reaper by Blue Oyster Cult says "we'll be able to FLY".
