Yes and he should be called either the Fat-meister or the Whip-over hair-dude.

He is funny some times but he is such a NE homer.
 
Instead of speedy ginnzalez how about teddy ginnzalez

He could have a sticker put on the back of his pants saying 'My Other Car is a Ferrari' but he would mean it!

-By the way for those that don't already know these facts,

Ginn taught 'The Flash" how to run for those who wanted to know how fast he is!

News Flash- A Miami Dolphin football player, Mr. Ted Ginn, was reported to have actually run down a flying saucer and single handedly captured a group of aliens. The aliens are now in US Govt. captivity.

Update- The captured aliens ( calling themselves the Grays) have admitted to working with Al-Queda and as such are now being transported to Guantanamo Air Base in Cuba where they will be housed along with all the other Arab terrorists. Torture will be mildly used utilizing water (daily baths) and continual loud playing of Black Sabbath's 'Iron Man'

The baths are to clean them up but the music is expected to weaken their resolve very quickly!!
