Sorry to correct you, PMZQ, since we're all Dolphins fans here, but...
Everything points to the Dolphins staying in Miami for a long time. Stephen Ross attended Miami Beach High School, has a home in Palm Beach, and claims to be a lifelong Dolphins fan. The Dolphins are one of the most lucrative franchises in American sports and the fact that Ross will eventually own all of a stadium that is undergoing a $250 million renovation should convince him to keep our Fins in Miami for the forseeable future.
By the way, I am a Cuban-American Dolphins fan and a native Miamian who attends the University of Miami, and I can honestly tell you that there is a legion of Hispanic Dolphins fans throughout South Florida. If attendance and viewership go down for Dolphins games, it will be because of the team's dismal performance and not because of "ethnic changes." Also, I can assure you that the University of Miami would rather build an off-campus stadium close to Coral Gables for a couple hundred million dollars than purchase a sterile stadium located 25 miles away for more than $1 billion.
