My money is on Ron Rivera for the Rams job and either Kubiak or Ferentz for the Texans job. The one I am concerned about is the Raiders.

Al Davis loves the veritcal passing game, Randy Moss knows Linehan and Linehan fits the profile for an "Al Davis" type of coach. You know, the young offensive assistant who "should" cave to Davis's every need.

I know Raider fans were ready for Sean Payton to be their coahc a few years back, and some have expressed interest in Rob Ryan, who may get the gig. However, looking at it objectively, Linehan makes the most sense.

I am not worried though, until I see something with actual proff saying that Linehan has moved on, I will assume he is here.

Safe prediction: I will be betting against the Vikings plenty, and successfully. Childress is another one of those geniuses who thinks he can reinvent the sport, and a wimpy swing pass is the same impact as drive blocking for a running play. Nice hire.

I think Childress is an overrated head coaching prospect. He is a good assistant, but without McNabb, look what Philly's offense has looked like. And he gets more credit than he deserves since Andy Reid has a huge input on the offensive side of the ball. I am so glad Wayne Huizenga passed him over in favor of Coach Saban.

Scott Linehan has had our offense humming at times this year with Frerotte and Rosenfels at QB. I for one really hope Coach Linehan stays with the Dolphins and can help develop the young QB we pick up this offseason.
