Interesting article - Quintin Williams arrested w/ Travares Tillman

Maybe the name is slipping my mind... but I'm not sure that I've ever heard of Quintin Williams before. Supposedly he is a Dolphins safety. This article just showed up on Yahoo NFL news indicating that he was arrested for DUI while doing 111 mph on the freeway. Travares Tillman was his passenger.

Dolphins backup safety Quintin Williams was arrested for DUI in a drag-racing incident Wednesday night, according to Florida Highway Patrol.

Williams, 22, was clocked traveling at 111 miles per hour in a 65 mph-zone on Interstate-595 in Davie, according to FHP Lt. Bill Ferrell. The incident occurred at 4 a.m. Wednesday morning.

Ferrell said FHP Trooper Richard Nardiolla observed Williams racing Brandi Lynn Richards, who was driving 109 mph. Richards identified herself as a Dolphins cheerleader, but a Dolphins spokesman denied that

Also interesting is that the girl he was racing identified herself as a Dolphins cheerleader. But Harvey Green says nobody by that name is on the squad.

Dumb move by Williams. It'll be interesting to see how Saban deals with this. He's been all about signing guys and giving them a second chance. But this is the first guy, checkered past or not, to screw up.

I say if you are arrested or in anyother way imbaresse the team you ought to automatically void thier contract(s) and pay these clowns By the hour, the prevailing wage of the citiy they are in. we want ballplayers not 16 yr. mentalitys!
