MERGED 8X: Pasquarelli on JT's new role

Im very excited about the possibilities as well- I think his athleticism has been wasted playing strictly at RE- he has the potential to do so much more.

Man I cant wait- we are going to be SO unpredictable!!
 
if this doesnt get you pumped for the season. you are not a dolphins fan.

It just drives me crazy to see so many hungover fans on this site. 8-8 maybe 9-7. I don't think so. This team has all the talent and smashmouth to compete NOW! What we have lacked is football IQ and football adrenalin. Saban brings both with a punch. And I guarantee we have the makings of great team. Remember the world champs - New England that is - is well within our reach. The past 3 years there have been 2 games against Miami that changed NE's fortunes. Beating us in NE late in the year - They won the division. Then 3 years ago NE beat us early in the season down in Miami games - Mare missed two kicks and sealed our fate as losers that day. That game initiated a long and unbelievable win streak for NE. Hats off to them and they cast off the Miami jinks and built from there. Last season of course we beat them. The last to do it and also the first to do it in a while. With a true general driving this Dolphin team anything can happen baby! ANYTHING! Miami will physically destroy teams and beat them that way. And Gad I love that!
 
I just read this a few minutes ago on ESPN.com. I'm glad to see others are as excited about this as I. I believe this is how an athelete such as Taylor should have been used for years.
 
I wonder if they will institute this in Madden.

The possibilities are endless for this year on Defense now. Saban COMPLETELY changed his mind when he talked to him face to face. How many first year coaches can pull that off with a veteran like Taylor? Anyone that questions this man is crazy. We must trust in all that is blessed by Saban. haha.

Seriously though, Taylor should have a monster year. This was a great read.

I will step up to the plate now. I was one of the those that said we wouldn't use a 3-4 but that was only because Saban said we wasn't.
 
Also thanks for posting that, that was a great article it just sucks because I was about to go to bed. Guess I will be up for a bit longer now. That has really got me siked now.
 
jason taylor will make it easy when it comes to playing teams with good te's! we can now take that out of the equation!
