Lets not bring someone in who will destroy what saban is building, that would be assinine.

Saban is the one who would be bringing him in.

Lets bring in a headcase at wide receiver that bad mouths his QB which is very respectable, while we have a very suspect QB that would be easy pickens for a big mouth like T.O.

maybe if we got a QB in the draft it would all work out?

he's humbled, he's embarassed right now. Don't you think he's going to be extra careful to repair his image?

He's not a gamble at all. He's a future HOF WR.

All you pollyannas need to quit worrying about his "baggage" and see the light.

TO will make us a better team. And that's all we want.

:sidelol:

And as soon as he gets comfortable and making money again he'll be right back to the same old T.O.

what T.O can do for us?

I know another t.o thread but this is my 1st, i dont like t.o the person he is a cancer on the eagles but i just want to point out what t.o can do for us and why i think wayne h. and nick will pursue him.

1. the nfl is all about the $ and t.o will put buts in the seats and every game will be a sell out if t.o is here, and we need that, we will finaly have home field advantage, not to metion all the jerseys the fins will sell, trust me they think about stuff like that there in it for the $$$.

2.national t.v games, if we get t.o we will have at least 4 national t.v games!
and that will give the team more exposure, that means more free agents will want to sign with us. players want to play on teams that get prime time games!

3.we will be a better team period even if he is a jerk, he knows this will be his last chance to shape up or he is done! and it could mean playoffs for us next year, and think how much single coverage chambers and booker will get, it will make our team better if he can s.t.f.u, get him a muzzel and sign him up!

He's better than what we have. Under the right conditions I wouldn't mind him for a year or two...thats all he has left anyway.

If the Dolphins pursue Owens, they will find away to put behavior clauses in his contract to state that if he acts up he will not recieve possible incentives based on his play. So that fact that T.O will be a "cancer" is just idiots spewing garbage, because if T.O ever wanted enough long term deal again he would want to have a team gain trust in him first thus he'd be on his best behavior in a first season with a team. Therefore i agree the possibility of getting a huge play wideout like Terrell Owens far outweighs the minimal possibility that he'll open his mouth anywhere outside of the football field.

I dont think Saban will even have to calm Owens down, i dont think the Dolphins will look into Owens unless he agrees to some sort of behavior clause of agrees to keep his mouth shut due to losses of incentives, and i think for 2-3 million on a 1 year deal that would be a huge signing for us.

and his agent deals a lot with the Dolphins, so i think we're looking good in getting TO

something tells me Rosenhaus is wishing to part ways with Owens.....

I really don't see it as that big of a problem. The media will make it seem so but I don't because Meuller and the Dolphins are great at finance and shaping contracts well. I hope it's a 2 year deal with an option. That way we if we draft Jay Cutler, he'll have someone to immediately help him in his learning process.

Maybe we can make a trade down to the late 1st round, repackage our 2nd and another pick and grab Winston Justice or Andrew Whitworth in the late 1st and we'll have one hell of an offense with plenty of money left for additions on defense. :D

So T.O. is looking for a daddy to keep him in line now huh? I'm willing to bet that T.O. would never sign a contract the restricted his right to be in the spot light.
You call people idiots then make a post based purely on speculation. :shakeno:
You have not one shred of evidence to backup your statements but the people who are calling him a "cancer" do.

No offense but who's an Idiot?
