I'd have to say that although his talent is undeniable, the risk is just too great. He's been an azz everywhere he has played....has openly complained about and/or bashed his QB and just flat out causes headaches and problems for the organization. On a team such as this, that is obviously rebuilding, I just don't think he fits.

If you sign him to a short term contract and he plays the way he is capable of playing, he'll hold out or cause crap....If you sign him to an incentive heavy contract and he has Gus or Sage or some rookie stinking up the joint, he'll cause crap....If he signs an incentive heavy contract and the teams runs the ball too much, he'll cause crap....If....well, you get the idea.

I, for one...VOTE NO!!!

owens, chambers, mcmichael, brown? sick

Sick talent-wise?

Or sick because the Dolphins don't have a QB to get them the ball consistently?

But everyone also said that there was no way Saban would keep Ricky, because he too would be a cancer and "Saban doesn't like those kind of players". So while I still find it hard to believe that T.O. will be here next year, I won't be completely surprised if he does end up in the Aqua and Orange. I mean the guy is a nut, but I think even he has to realize that he has realistically one more shot to prove that he wants to play more than he wants to be a problem and most importantly, un-employed. Saban looks like a man that could care less who you are, and what you've done. He'll look at some film, get some advice and sign you, even if your name happens to be Lucifer. The minute you make him look stupid, or he feels you don't fit what he wants..... see-ya partner. So IMO, I dont' see it as that horrible of a situation. He already has the rep, so if he does go nuts and pulls something else, we won't look bad by just dropping his A*S

I think TO will not change. He does not think he was wrong, he thinks he was wronged! That is his problem, and always will be.

what about Booker? Or is Booker a FA??? if Booker is not an FA, where does that put him in the offense??

I think it would put him on another team. You cant pay your 3rd wr 3 mill a year which is what the book will make next year unless he re-does his deal.

they want TO to go to Miami so they can bad mouth Miami and Saban all offseason.

Who the really thinks that TO wants to play for the Nicktator? Honestly? Dont they know TO still has to sign the contract?

that's why we should trade up to get leinart

Starting to look like we would have to trade up from a mid round pick. That would take a lot.

Actually, the other side of this equation that no one will mention is that the Philly Eagles are tightwads. Just ask jeremiah Trotter. The Eagles are another team that is about to be torn apart by the seams for years to come. Its cus there owner is a tightwad and they will not pay anyone but Mcnabb.

He probably means talent-wise, but our most glaring need is at QB. If this guy complains about McNabb throwing him the ball, who we all know is a pro-bowl QB, what is he going to say next season when Frerotte throws it to him?

This guy has too much negativity and extra baggage to be on this team, and it's something that this team doesn't need, regardless of how much talent he brings to the table.

well hopefully all this nonsense of cutler moving ahead of leinart will let his stock drop considerably

T.O. is around 32 years old...he knows he maybe has one last shot for a big payday....he will grow up, shut his mouth and be a choir boy here in Miami.

Nobody held a gun to his head and made him sign the contract.

Jason Cole was on the Boog Sciambi Show on 790 the Ticket this afternoon and he said that he believes T.O. will be a Miami Dolphin this year. He gives the Fins a 75% chance that he will be a Miami Dolphin Next Season.Keep in mind this is a day after Chris Mortensen said on the Dan Patrick Show on ESPN Radio that he also believes Terrell Owens will be a Miami Dolphin. Owens,Chambers,Ronnie and Ricky.....AMAZING!!!!!
