Question: Would you trade our power running back (RW) in exchange for a talented but troublesome reciever (TO)? Is there anything else Philly could provide to sweeten the deal that would tip your opinion?
I know the contract disparity between the two is huge. (for the sake of this response - let's set that aside)

No....

But if they threw in Sheldon Brown then I'd talk....

Fantasy is fun!

it wont happen, its not worth taking that big of a hit on the salary cap for TO

Heck No!!! I would've want to have anything to do with TO. He destroys lockerrooms and he hurts teams. There has to be a point where people stop letting talent be a free ticket for ridiculous behavior. Saban wouldn't do it.

NO WAY! NO HOW!

This guy has been trouble in two places to such a large extent that I don't care how talented he is. If he has Donovan throwing to him and he's being pissy, imagine if someone of Gus' caliber. At least Moss seems to be keeping his mouth shut more in Oakland.

Lito or Sheldon for Ricky would be an awesome trade!

I'll be shocked if we ever see Owens in an Eagles uniform again. He's going to have to be traded because he's completely burned the bridge with this team and his teammates. If the Eagles are smart, they'll try to get a power running back in return for Owens. However, if the Randy Moss trade is any barometer, the market for a talented but troublesome receiver may be limited.

TO will be 34 years old next year. Why in the world would Miami want to trade RW for him? I would not trade TeBucky Jones for TO, much less RW.

Owens age and baggage is worth it..

He's Elite........ Ronnie will be so good and confortable next year that Ricky is expendible.....

Id pull that trigger in a heartbeat

Makes you wonder if the Eagles front office is on the phone with the Fins right now. The sooner they're rid of TO the better for them. Did they see enough from RW last week and in the preseason to entice them to move.
Is this even a possibility right now with the trading deadline having passed 2 weeks ago?

No it's not a possibility until the offseason. They can't trade TO until then.

Terrell Owens is one of the 3 best wideouts in the league, I make the trade and worry about him later. Owens is averaging over 100 yds a game and a touchdown, and Ricky is not as valuable to the team as he once was with Ronnie Brown.
