It is probably one of the reasons, but i seriously doubt the main reason. I guess you haven't seen his latest headtrip on TV with his scumbag agent. The guy has serious mental issues. Everything has to be about him, last i checked that doesn't work to good when you play on a TEAM.Finland said:Whatever. The main reason we don't want him is because he would be awaste on the Dolphins with our crappy QB's.

Thats the kind of stuff i'm talking about. Can you image how bad he must be if the Eagles who desperatly need him are willing to bench him for the season. They were in the freakin superbowl last year for gods sake. That speaks volumes about TORicky Brown said:I thought he, TO, could have cared less to be there. He was looking around, smirked, it didn't seem like he wanted to be there. :shakeno:

NYinBostonFin said:The rumor holds water b/c westbrook is a one dimensional RB.
Ricky can pound the ball up the middle. Westbrook cant.
AquaInferno said:If TO is released does the rule apply that the teams with worse records get first shots at him? If so then a trade for him seems realistic if that team feels that he would be gone before they even got asked about him. But I don't know if the rule applies or not.
Ricky Brown said:If the eagles cut him I believe he becomes an UFA(Unrestricted Free Agent)
cowtowndick said:The rumour doesn't hold water because the trading deadline has passed, and no one is going to trade anything to Philly for T.O. because he'll be released (released prior to, I believe, March 1 at the latest because that's when his roster bonus is due). He might get released when the suspension is finished (after three more games). So, hypothetically speaking, let's say we beat NE this weekend and can seriously make a run for the division title. T.O. gets released - do we pick him up for the rest of this year? Maybe make a deal whereby he proves himself to be the team guy he claimed he could be at his press conference yesterday, then we talk about next year, otherwise he gets cut again with the first sign of trouble? If he gets released prior to the season's end, someone is going to give him a chance. Why not us? Would you take him, knowing (as much as all of us who think T.O. is a d**k hate to admit it) our chances of winning a division improve dramatically if he's starting across from Chambers?
FaninPatsyLand said:Let me first start off by saying that I can't stand TO, he's an unbearable little *****.
However, playing on ONE leg in the Super Bowl wasn't a team mentality? He had to sign a WAIVER to play in that game. I hate the guy, but you can't knock his team mentality, because whether he's unhappy or not, he shows up and plays hard whenever he suits up.
The man risked further injury for his TEAM. You can rip on him all you want, but saying he's not a team player is flat out untrue.
