You should know the pro-bowl is mostly a beauty contest....do you really think Garcia is a great QB?....Perhaps a one year wonder. As Far bashing Gus...just stating the obvious facts...if thats bashing to you....you really must hate reading it everywhere you look...I'm certainly not the only fan that thinks that Gus isn't the QB for the Dolphins future. Irrational....

Dude please you do your BEST to ignore the facts. All you do is go around bashing Gus and spewing opinions as factual statements.

Yes without a doubt this Gus hating crusade you are on is irrational. As irrational as all the Jay bashing that use to go on on around here. Some of you seem more concerned about your personal agendas rather than watching the team you say care about play football.

But by all means have it. It's not like you are going to stop your personal crusade just because you are exposed for what you really are.

Who the hell is Sabin?????

 Oh.......you mean Saban, our head coach.

TO on a short leash. We need a #1 receiver. Load the contract up with incentives and let him play with a chip on his shoulder all year. However, it is all worthless if we dont have a QB that is consistent week in, week out. We will probably see Frerotte and a draft pick next year.

I think you're missing his point. We all know Jeff Garcia isn't that talented...little more than a glorified Jay Fiedler...but the fact that T.O. could turn the "Velvet Lion" into a pro bowler seems to clash with your theory that "even T.O. needs a good quarterback to throw him the ball"

In my estimation, despite T.O.'s hatred for poor quarterbacks, he is a poor quarterback's DREAM receiver because he makes so much happen after the catch. He's probably the best WR after the catch the NFL has seen in quite some time. Chambers is trying to model himself after T.O. right now for good reason, because if you want to be known as a valuable WR, then you want to be fantastic with the ball in your hands. Owens breaks tackles like Ronnie Brown does. He's got an amazing second gear.

I agree with all that............... And I still cant get exited about him in Miami.

I agree with everything except

His break tackle isnt that good, its above average but ronnie brown? Dont compare them

I bet T.O. is out to not only get on a new team, but prove to everyone that he can be a good teammate and lead a team. It seems as though he is a sensetive guy and whatever team gets him, he is going to play his butt off and do everythig right to prove all the haters wrong.

Im not sure its as much his mouth as it is his agents that gets him in trouble

I think he can be a good player on a team if he dumps his agent

I would love to believe that, and I suspect he could do it for a year, maybe even two. Love him or not he is who he is. Eventually his personality surfaces and he becomes a problem as opposed to a solution.

I think the Dolphins have enough issues.

I wouldn't want him here , period. He'd do more harm than good to this team. But of course, it might be funny to watch him get all in McMike's ****! If you think McMike had a fit the other day while pounding the ground................................. :D ;)

I agree with that 100%, Alex. Kind of like Ricky. He messes up again and he's a gonner, too. It will be interesting to see if Saban shops Ricky now that he has demonsteated he can still play (and pass drug tests), or will he keep him? I think he is being "show cased" for interest and will be traded if the Dolphins get something worthwhile in return.
