It will be sad to see Pat go, but we can not afford the cap hit. We need to get younger and cheaper.

It is awesone to see that Saban stuck to his guns and called KC's bluff. I hate to see Pat go, but we neeeded the pick and the cap space. Tomorrow is going to be one heck of an interesting day for us phin fans.

[font=Arial, Helvetica]The Kansas City Chiefs were supposed to look to the draft for help at cornerback -- and they still might. They just don't have to do it in the first round.

That's because the club is on the verge of making a trade with Miami that would send disgruntled cornerback Patrick Surtain to the Chiefs for a second-round pick, the 46th overall, in Saturday's draft, NFL sources said early Friday.

The deal, which could be announced Friday, is contingent upon Surtain passing a team physical.
