Finally Back Home
Boy you guys are a buzzkill. Pass the blunt please. :infins:

This last court case was to simply see if he was the father, in which he never even contested. he automatically took responsibilty for the 4th child. It's been made known Ricky is not a dead beat dad.

Only a matter of time before everyone is cheering and wearing his jersy again.
Just tell Ricky to brush his teeth. OMG those things are yellow in that picture.finsnchips said:

You are, however, missing the point of my original post. What I said was that the pot smoking was not the problem. It was only a symptom.
And my reasons for not wanting him back still exist regardless of the underlying cause. RW is unreliable. It could b/c of cowardice. It could be b/c of SAD. Who cares. I just know that from week to week as the team prepares for the next opponent there is a very strong chance that he'll decide to leave. At that point we'll have lost not only RW, but whatever player(s) we have to cut to make room for him and whatever FA(s) we had to forego to make room for his salary.
Sorry was that his Aruvedic doctor or his naturopathic doctor or his yoga swami that made that claim?finsnchips said:

rafael said:Being a father involves spending time with your kids. In fact, when he ran away from the team that was one of his excuses (#5, I think). He wanted to spend time with his kids. He wanted to so much that he spent the next two months in a tent, without his kids.
Look, I suffer from many of the same anxieties that RW does (although not as extreme). But I care enough about the people that depend on me that live up to my responsibilities. I don't believe that RW does. I was once told that bravery is not the absence of fear, but rather feeling fear and acting inspite of it. I believe that. And I believe RW is a coward (or maybe he just doesn't care enough about anyone else) for what he has done. It why I don't want him on this team. I would never depend on him and I think the team would be foolish to do so (to any extent).

You shouldn't argue about things you know nothing about.:shakeno: You have no idea what is going through Ricky's mind. You obviously know NOTHING about mental disorders. Some of us can sort of comprehend what Ricky is going through. Some are worse than others. Calling Ricky a coward shows that you have no clue what you are talking about. BTW, great example with the autistic reference.:Drafael said:He runs from any responsibility not just social situations. I know we are raised in a society that always shifts the blame for everything, but his social anxiety disorder can't be used to explain away all of his cowardice.
