My mistake, for no sacks, 2 safeties forced would be odd for a FS or SS. I thought it was Tackle for Loss but in NFL its called a "stuff". So only 2 tackles for a loss.
 
Liked him coming out of the draft but has went off my radar ever since. I wonder what Coyle will be able to do with him. By the sound of earlier posts he might be our Gibril Wilson or Chris Crocker resurrection we need. Lets hope but thats a huge leap of faith.
 
Reggie Nelson looked like a bust until he played for our DC....could be another resurgence here.
 
Good pick up. If Atari Bigsby can look like utter dick in teal and look good elsewhere, I believe this guy may be a nice pick up. But what the **** do I know.
 
Let's see if getting out of the Tampa 2 does him some good. Solid ST and depth at a minimum.

lets just hope like hell then he's not playin free safety...
 
Johnson is not very good...I would rather have YB back or see what Jones can do.

Ireland has been part of a regime that sucked picking safeties.
 
by the way the only "resurrecting" gibril wilson did when he was here was resurrect the dead...a flat out god awful free safety...i don't think i've ever seen worse...alan ball for dallas a couple years ago was dreadful but wilson at free horrendous...like i said it waked the dead
 
My friend who is Vikings fan loved this kid. He is a heck of a special teams player. He tore his hamstring tendon off, we'll see how this pans out..

Well Philbin should've tested him twice a year and if he didn't tell Ireland, "no way" then I'm ok with bringing Johnson in to compete.
 
You can sugar coat it any way you want, but the knock on this guy is he can't cover nor can he catch. He hits hard though, which is great!:lol:
