Vontae was our nickel cornerback this year with smith and marshall beating him

Chill out the season hasn't started yet
 
There has to be some reasoning to this. There's no way Ross wants to admit to the fanbase that we are in full tank mode.

Key word, your not supposed to be just flashing going into your 4th year as a 1st round pick, he has the talent, just has not matured or put it all together, funny how people used to say he consistently gets burnt 2-3x a game for big plays as we saw already in the preseason, but now all of a sudden he is irreplaceable
 
Damn!!!! they better use the second round pick to trade for a good WR, or else we are screwed
 
I'm starting to think the type of players that "fit the system" are just bad players.

Colts will win some games. Luck is legit, they get to play Tennessee and Jacksonville twice (will win at least two of those games), and they still have weapons on offense. Vontae will help their secondary a lot. I think we will finish with a worse record than they will.

only thing I can think of is that Philbin just wants to re-build the locker room. While he was in Green Bay, similar things happened. I think it's more Philbin wanting to eliminate potential issues and rebuild the team.

Of course, I might just be saying this because I refuse to believe we traded Vontae because the team was so impressed with Nolan Carroll. Again, NOT A DIG AT CARROLL. but I refuse to believe they cut ties with Vontae because of that
 
Please stop with the Mike Wallance nonsence it is not going to occur...Our Front office (even if it were a possability) would not have the intelligence to pull it off.
