I'm with ya brother, its sad when our own FO looks ahead to next year and it is AUGUST...why do teams like SF or even Cincinnati have one-year turnarounds and are able to be competitive with new coaches/young players?? They have real leadership up top...we have clowns like Ross and Ireland...until they are gone, we wont fix jack...

We've had ONE good season in what seems like 10 years...and that happened because Pennington fell into our laps and magically stayed healthy...outside of that, we've been the Browns...a far cry from our golden years...

The marshall trade was clearly a philbin-influenced trade. If anyone can't see that after watching hard knocks then u have to be oblivious. Philbin preaches about having a team first mentality and attitude. Marshall was and always will be a me first player.

I personally think irelands got a trade brewing for a wr. One article posted yesterday said he's been exploring trade options for receiver all weekend. I think this vontae trade was made because ireland needed that 2nd rounder to get somebody. I think there's going to be a big trade going down in the next couple days. Maybe we give up both 2nds for wallace? The two 2nd rounders (both from teams expected to do bad) maybe could persuade them.

I'm going to start calling this site Whineheaven, every move that is made is always open for criticism but com' on man!, You wanted a new coach, you wanted a new QB, but you don't want a new direction for the team. This team were 6-10 last season with vontae and with marshall, so what's the problem with getting rid of some good players to hopefully get some good players in return?

If you are hoping for big changes to try to turn the team around, shouldn't you be happy? Joe Philbin just put the entire roster on notice that he's not ****ing around.

Remember when Parcells claimed he didn't want thugs, hoodlums and slackers on his team? And then proceeded to fill the roster with them? Well, Joe Philbin said the same thing, albeit in a more diplomatic fashion, and apparently he actually meant it.
