MERGED: Dustin Keller Injury Thread

Re: Dustin Keller Injured

So when it's confirmed he's out for the year this post will be worth reading again. :3w:

Not really they have no idea what the injury is he could be out for two days or 2 years.

No you think before you post. Its preseason game 2. Its our third but its really the second and yet the starters played a whole half. Thats very uncommon for this exact reason!!

I thought plenty, and what I've concluded is that you don't know anything about football. This offense needed work, it was the right decision to have them out there.

It looked like a slightly less severe version of the Willis Mcgahee UM injury.

I don't blame the coaches for having the first team out there. They needed it. You can't stick the offense in a giant safety bubble until week one of the regular season, and then bring them out of the bubble and expect them to play effectively.

He's done. Out for the season. Philbin should never have had the starters out there

BINGO we have a winner...the 1st O should never have been out there late in the 2nd :-(

Re: So how long will a hyper extended knee keep Keller out.

Yes they should have.

I get the desire not to jump to conclusions but you don't need to stay in a Holiday Inn Express to know how that knees aren't supposed to bend that way.

I see people blaming Tannehill...honestly guys? DJ Swearinger had plenty of options, Keller was not even looking at him, but he dove for the knees like a douche bag.
