I was pretty young, and don't remember a lot of the details other than that catch.

Do you remember what year it was?
 
My first game was earlier this month. I went to the Sept. 1st home game versus the Falcons. It was the last preseason game. I went with the tickets I won in the VIP Forum. Even though it was preseason and Miami lost, I'll never forget it. Best day of my life!
 
yea nublar7, that was my first and only game,philly 35-miami 28,and marino was hurt that game but i got to see him none the less which made me happy, really sucks they lost but it was cool,think i was like 13, i've got to get down to miami for a game, i would love it
 
I believe it was 1997, Miami @ Baltimore at Memorial Stadium. Miami blew them out, thanks to Jabbar's career game.

1990. i was 8. that's about all I remember. almost positive it was a Bills game.
 
1999 at the Raiders. The game was dominated on the field but Miami only won by seven or something... the start of the run-run-run era of JJ and Wanny
 
First in Minnesota and Florida

My first game was when I lived in Wisconsin and went to Minneapolis to see a pre-season game against the Vikings in, I believe 1978. My first game in Florida was the Chargers OT game at the Orange Bowl that we lost 41-38, I believe that was in 1982.

It was vs. the Falcons of Vick's rookie year. We injured Chris Chandler (their starting QB at the time). So they brought in Vick. Man, Wanny was yelling at they guy who injured Chandler... prob because Vick was comming in. Vick did pretty freakin well against us. The Falcons actually won the game on a goalline Vick QB sneek up the middle... but the refs ruled it no TD... and we got the win instead! :lol:

Funny you bring up that game... Zach's involvement in the goal line stands vs. Denver were almost identical to the two goal line stands he had in the game you are talking about.

I was at that game (the Atlanta one).

I had killer seats... 3rd row, dead on the 50. It's too bad I didn't have my digital camera at that time... coulda got some great shots.

Don't remember the game....lol....It was Marino's rookie year as he was the talk of the town and I was in the 4th grade. My dad took me and the family. Sad thing is.....that is the only game that I ever went with him too. He likes sports and did a lot of swimming and track when he was younger but his career took his time away from things of that sort. Too bad. I did and still have a great relationship w/him but due to time constraints, I guess, we didn't do all the game stuff I plan on taking my kids too more frequently :) I still have, somewhere, those trading cards the crossing guards would hand out going to school, lol...

unfortunately I have seen many of them....and saw the worst game I'll remember for a LONG time....that d@mn 4th qtr comeback of theirs! On a side note, I purposely have been avoiding the Jets-Phins game the last few years and honestly....I have no desire to go to it. The stadium is 1/2 full of New Yorkers and there are way too many rude people, fights and the like. Suffice it to say....if they love new york so much.....go back! When I walk into MY house and can't enjoy the game it's unreal. I'm too old now to get into fights etc., and can't b/c of my profession or I'd lose clearances etc. but they piss the living daylights out of me!!!@!@
