Merged: Jeff Ireland Gone

Now the question is who's the best option out there to replace him. Sitting here looking at all these names being thrown all over the place doesn't get me excited in the least. They all look like lateral moves IMO.

I think she is well respected but I agree the no experience thing could be a problem.

People are all excited that Ireland is gone, but will be pissed when Aponte is the one in charge of the team. LOL.
