McQuarters might be the youngest, most experienced guy available this summer at cb

McQuarters is not perfect, and with all the hype he certainly has shortcomings that led to his release in Chicago. But at this point he may be the youngest, most experienced guy to become available this summer. At 28 and with 7 years of playing time, he probably is worth a look see. My guess is that he will get a lot of looksees from teams. He probably is more realistic for Miami than Law.

not bad. i think he was cut for cap reasons. so if you can get him cheap, its a good deal.

Not sure, but I dont think he fits Saban's style of DB (whatever that is). McQuarters is flashy, but I dont know if he is what Saban is looking for.

they have 2 other good CBs. and didnt want to take a 4 mil cap hit from a player when they have younger and cheaper players waiting to take his spot.

their depth chart has him listed as a FS also. :cooldude:
