Merged: Our receivers cant catch!

I don't understand what everyone's deal is. How can you judge the receiving corp on such horrendous qb play. There were a couple passes that I agree, should've been caught, but a lot of them that people are talkin about were horrible throws and I blame on the qb play. The Chambers, "Shoulda been caught for a touchdown" drop was not his fault at all, it was thrown way too far to the right of his shoulder, sure maybe he could've caught it, but it would've been out-of-bounds anyways at that angle, there was no way to make a touchdown.


What's with people freakin out about the receiving corp, I think we have the potential for one of the most threatening corps if we could get a decent QB, which might actually be worse this year, certainly isn't any better.

P.s. Poor Donald Lee, I do agree that he sucks, I wish he didn't, but he needs some serious improvement.

it's a good WR group, they just had a bad night. Boston looked the best to me

I just thought it was heartbreaking. Chambers dropped three. One would have been a touchdown; Frerotte overthrew 2 or 3 passes, but it was aweful when he got it right there in the hands of chambers, he drops it. Funny thing is if you add the 5 dropped passes when Frerotte was in, his completion percentage would have been 56%. AJ's was 57%. There was a dropped pass by Lee (who just can't catch) and there was a caught catch by Lee before that, which was headed toward the ground, but it got tipped up, which allowed Lee to get it, so i think that negates the drop from Lee.

Coulda shoulda woulda:shakeno: Frerotte also had about 3 balls that should have been ints and over threw 3 more tds does that sound like a good game. I dont have a favorite inthe qb battle but lets be real!!!!!:fire:
