Merged: PLEASE put Jay Fiedler back into the starting line-up!!!

Feeley is worse cant you get that through your small brain. he has 3 interceptions in 2 games. 2 of those interceptions were returned for touchdowns. he should have had about 7 intercepions vs the bengals but the dropped 4 of them like the touchdown pass to chambers should have been intercepted. he threw an interception inside the 20 so he ruined a scoring chance there and he makes some stupid decisions like that one pass to mcmichael when he threw it across the field and that should have been returned for a touchdown but mcmichael knocked it away. most of you feeley lovers just want to get rid of fiedler and you dont care who you repace him with even though FIEDLER IS A BETTER QB. FEELEY SUCKS!
Oh ya- Jay had more Ints than TD last year, what was his passing rating? Jay had 7 and 8 in the box for the last two years and what did he do - nothing. Jay has been on better Phins teams and has proven that he is not good enough. NFL defenses simple do not fear Jay's arm period:confused:

ARE U GUYS KIDDING ME? I CANT BELIEVE YOU ARE BLAMING ANY OF THIS ON AJ. NOT EVEN DAN MARINO COULD OF DONE ANYTING WITH THAT O-LINE, HE HAD 1-2 SECONDS TO THROW THE BALL. DID YOU WATCH THE GAME? APPARENTLEY NOT ALONG WITH ALL THE PEOPLE WHO THINK AJ SUCKS. OHHH AND YOU WANT TO GIVE FIEDLER A CHANCE, HOW ABOUT 4 AND HALF YEARS WORTH OF SH** ISNT THAT ENOUGHT OF A CHANCE. HE SUCKS GET IT THROUGH YOUR SMALL BRAIN:yell:
see picture :cooldude:

The only way the fear Feeley's arm is they are scared he is going to hit them with it. I was watching a college game last saturday and they where talking about a Junior QB that was talking to the announcers about not getting the game speed until after a year and a half. That is at a college level, and for your information I believe it was the Notre Dame game so its not just some chump school. Ask Eli Manning one of the top notch QB's in college still having trouble with the game speed in the NFL. You people think that A.J. is going to come into the NFL with the experience that he has and be a productive QB??? Your Crazy. Yeah he won same games with the Eagles can we say Deuce Staley?? Fiedler might not have as strong of an arm as Feeley has but he's actully played a couple years football before. When your offense is really bad you have to go with experience.

I'm also still waiting for the answers to my questions a couple pages ago, for the Feeley lovers.

Neither of these guys are really worth a crap in the NFL, they are both 2nd or 3rd string QB's so argueing over with is better is basically a mute point. We are going to struggle this entire season at the position, we are going to lead the league in turnovers, and we are going to struggle. Hopefully this year will give some of the younger guys time to develop and maybe find we have a couple good OL somewhere on the team and just had a bad game last game. I really hope I'm wrong and we come out kicking butt but lets be relistic the probability of that happening is slim to none.

It's not that AJ Feeley sucks, it's just that he's inexperienced. Fielder has a lot more experience, sure.. But how is AJ gonna get experience for the game if we play Fielder. If we're gonna build up for the future, we might as well just give him time and hopefully are O-Line will work better... And maybe McMichael will chew their asses the first time they cave in. I say Feeley would do fine if we just gave him some time... By the end of the year he'll surprise most of you...

how can u say Feeley is terrible, u try and play good ball when ur running for ur life ever play, damn man look what he done when he had the eagles o- line in front of him.HE WON

Agree 100%. But when you give up a #2 for a qb, the big boss won't dig him sitting on the bench !!! We would suck with Dan at QB this year.

I dont think you know anything about football. did you ever watch it before in your life. You are saying fiedler didnt move the ball. Did you see how are offense moved against the bengals. not good at all. Feeley had a couple nice passes but then his immaturity starts to kick in and he throws an int for a touchdown and throws another one in the red zone. he might have a better arm but he doesnt know what he is doing out there. He makes some stupid mistakes that a high school player shouldnt even make. He may be the dumbest qb in the league. feeley gave up 14 points this year on interceptions and are defense only gave up 19 points this season if you take the 2 interceptions away. that is pretty bad. he sucks get that into your little brain.
Well I've played abit of football and fiedler throws THE WORST deep balls I've see in an NFL QB who has started for extended periods of time. Oh my God, let's not talk about the deep out - JAY SIMPLE CAN NOT THROW IT PERIOD. I do like the the fact that Jay is TUFF and SMART. However, I've seen him do stupid things and his physical limitations are ALWAYS exploited in big games. Remember the Bills game two years ago, the Phins NEEDED THE WIN to get into the playouts. Ricky was running WILD, the Bills simple could'nt stop him he had around 220 on the ground. On the Phins last procession all we needed WAS ONE first down period. For some stupid reason Norv thought that Jay Fiedler could make one play (and not let do what he does best - HAND OFF TO RICKY Dupehead -. Oh well you know the story Jay had a chance to complete AN EASY PASS - WITH NO RUSH - Jay threw one of his CLASSIC DUCKS over the receiver head. I was at a sports with tons of fellow Phins fans. We almost destroyed the TV. Of course to more CRAPPY Fiedler passes followed and of course they were incomplete:mad: . Bottomline Jay had single coverage the Bills had 7 and 8 in the box to try and slow down Ricky POTHEAD. But could Jay DO ANYTHING  NOPE:mad: . Why, it was obvious to anyone who know football. The Bills simply jumped the short inside routes and jamed both safeties, since obviously they could not defend the whole field they left the deep outs open. The Bills obviously DID NOT FEAR THE DEEP BALL:confused: because Jay's arm is so weak and has release is just to slow. Bottomline da Phins lost the game and missed the playoffs because of Jay's physical arm limitations - it's just to weak.

Remember Jay's only playoff win against the Colts you know the one where Lamar Smith run like a horse (40 carries). Jay looked pretty good handing the ball off to Lamar - PHINS WIN. However the next game our opponent put 7 and 8 in the box. Sound familar- Jay was forced to do more than EASY dump offs (which a decent HS QB can do) and pay action off Lamar. What did Jay do - HE SUNK THE FIELD UP-. Why he CAN NOT win a game with has arm.

Did you see the Titans game Jay was so bad it was TOTAL CRAP. He only 2 ints but man those balls were PURE DUCKs. Oh ya the Titans dropped TWO EASY INTs that my Ganny would have caught. Jay should have had at least 4 ints in one half. Oh God Jay looked like he was drunk out there, NONE of Jay's passes had any zip - of course I know he throws ducks but what he did was SHAMEFUL:mad: Jay is finshed, he was no upside AJ will be the future. We need to see what AJ can do, obviously he has greater physical skills than Jay. If AJ can learn from his mistakes - and obviously he has made lots OF THEM:mad: , he shows lots of potential. What I have seen from AJ is a guy who can make throws that Jay only DREAMS about - then he wakes up;) and looks at his weak OLD arm:confused: . It's time for a change, AJ is now on the clock:goof:

we were not 10-6 two years in a row, were 10-6 in 03, 9-7 in 02. Were 11-5 in both 00 and 01. wanna try again? Fact is our line in those years was a heck of alot more stable than it is now, the backs were better, comparing where Gordon is in his learning. I believe (hope) Lamar is good once he is comfortable he will show it. Jay is a tough comptitor and a great teammate, but he is limited. AJ is young and will make mistakes as this offense grows.

Anybody remember Peyton Manning's first year as QB? Absolutely horrible, more Int's than TD's. I'm not comparing or saying Feeley will be the next Manning. The growing process as an NFL QB takes time. 1+1/2 games in this Offence is not enough time. Feeley will get better, Gordon will get better, I'm sure the O-Line will get better (can't get any worse). Give it time, better days are coming.

wow, that's beyond the finheaven.com reading level

PLEASE put Jay Fiedler back into the starting line-up!!!

AJ sure as hell doesnt look like he's ready to play yet...our O-line isnt either...we need a qb with more experience! This has got to be the worst season I can remember... :shakeno:

:goodnight

Jay doesn't have the physical skills too get it done with the state of our O right now. Sure he can scarmble better than AJ but having Jay run around isn't going to win us games. We need Feely's arm to lead us to victory and we have to give him time to develop into the player we hope he can be. There are always going to be growing pains with any young QB.

No the last thing we need is a QB controversy. AJ is going to go through growing pains and putting Fiedler back in puts us back 3 steps. Aj is the future and as much as it sucks right now changing QB's would not be the thing to do. Everyone just needs to get used to playing together and the line needs to learn blocking assignments.

Ok my take on this is Jay wouldn't have done anything last night if anything he may have done worse than AJ. Also I don't know if anybody has been watching the games but Mcmichael has caught more passes with AJ. Last night even commentors noted that Jay would have never completed some of the passes Aj threw. Aj and this offense need time to grow with each other and the line needs to learn their assignments to give AJ time.

Defensively like we all know we will be ok. It is just going to take some time. And this is something that Wanny should have done in Preseason starting Aj and 1st string o-line together to get used to each other.
As for Fiedler he is done his accuracy seems to get worse every year and he probably would have made as many bad passes if not more than AJ .

Every team needs to move onto another player at some point at every position regardless of the experience the player being replaced has correct?

Experience hasn't helped Jay's game..... at all. It's 2 years overdue for this team to move on at QB. I welcome the change and look forward to AJ getting at least 1 season to show what he is made of especially since Jay took 4 of our seasons.
