makes the trade look a little better.
Hmm, I hope that is right. I read here in the Miami Herald that it was the 162nd.ryancall32 said:I know it was up in the air as to which one of KC's 5th rounders we got (they had 2), but it looks like we ended up with their #147 overall, as opposed to their #168 overall.

Surtain is expected to be in Kansas City on Friday night to take the physical. Terms of the trade are unclear although FOXSports.com reported Miami gets Kansas City's second-round pick (46th overall) and the teams will swap fifth-round picks, with Miami dropping from 138th overall selection to Kansas City's 162nd.

True, but I would still rather drop 11 spots then 24 spots. But like you said, it really doesn't make a big difference, all that matters is that we got our 2nd rounder.Timmy54 said:I am amazed how many people on here really are upset over the swap of 5th rounders. It was a very small conceration on our part as you dont find studs in the 5th, you find diamonds in the ruff. This actually isnt bad for us at all because most of the players we have on our board in the 5th will STILL BE THERE a few picks later. Stop sweating, Saban did a great job in this deal!!!
