i don't hate anyone, but for someone to come out and talk down about another person, and that person do the same thing, just pushes my buttons

I hate Wanny's philosophy, coaching style, and what he did to the Fins. I think I'm beginning to understand Ricky as some kind of idiot savant, but I don't have to like him to hope he gets us 1800 yards this season. My hopes will probably be dashed, of course.
 
So if Wanny just quit and didn't talk badly about Ricky then you would still respect him?

Just to get a rise out of him piling on Ricky. so be it. Let it be. que sara sara. I dont care for the media and their holier than thou attitude at forgiving certain people to lambaste others when it fits their agenda. Its not right. I refuse to play those games. If Ricky does not come through, it wont be any skin off our backs, at least it shoulndt be. a RB in Baltimore gets busted with tons of weed and does jail time in the offseason (special treatment) and comes back unscathed. How the hell does that happen?

This is absolutely incredible to me. When Wannstedt quit you were all ecstatic and over-joyed. Now you are calling him a quitter. We applied the pressure for him to leave and then you ridicule him for it. Ya'll are rediculous.

Everyone forgives that moron Williams, cause it's the right thing to do, everyone deserves a second chance. bullsh!t. Ya'll forgive willaims cause you think he can help the team win. And the more respectable of the two gets the heat and he's actually not around to cause you more pain.

Some of you live in an upside down world.

for starters i wasn't even a member when he quit, so know what the hell you are saying, and secondly if he has the balls to talk down on ricky for quitting, and then quit himself yeah that fires me up
 
Amen plc001. Ricky isn't doin anyone any favors by coming back. If you want a 1000 plus yard rusher then squeeze it outta the #2 pick of the draft. Don't bring back the loser that sabotaged last season!

The only talking down Wannstedt did in this article was to say that he's glad he doesn't have to deal with RW. He also said RW would have a long way to go to get back (the same thing Saban said). Everything else is the opinion of the author.

I just used your quote as an example, I know what the hell I'm saying.

The difference is, Wanny was pressured to quit. Do you comprehend? Many of us jumped for joy at the news. Don't believe me, go back and review threads from that date. That is completely different then what ricky did.

All I'm saying is that it's crazy to be so welcoming to Ricky, while being so dang hateful to Wanny at this point. Wanny is through, he quit which is what we all wanted, he isn't affecting us any longer, GREAT. And way more then I can say about Ricky.
 
Wanny deserved all he got!!! He tried to make it a one man show, and failed. RW went to Collier after the NE game when he ran aginst 10 in the box and the safety 8 yds or so off the line. He went and asked if they could "TRY" to throw on first down once in awhile, try to throw at all, try to pull back the dbs'. Try not to run him out of the game in a year or two.

Wanny could have cared less if RW were done in a couple years. B/C he knew if he did not put all the eggs in that basket that he was incapable of building anything else that would remotely resemble a football team. So if Wanny were gone, Wanny could care less who was here after him. Wanny chased RW away, it is a fact! He ran him out of Miami and off to Australia. He did a good job of making RW run. Ricky just was in the run,run,run mood and could not stop. Wanny was Ricky's boogey man.

Ricky is here Wanny is not! So as far as I am concerned we got the better half of that deal, and we have 1 person to thank for Ronnie, Saban, Houck, and Linehan.

Ricky!!!!!!!!!!
