Miami Dolphins 4th round selection- Walt Aikens CB

From Walter Football: Miami Dolphins: Walt Aikens, CB, Liberty: A- Grade
Someone in our Draft Day feature begged the Dolphins for more height in the secondary. He got his wish with the tall Walt Aikens. Cortland Finnegan is currently slated to start at corner for Miami, which has "disaster area" written all over it. Even though he's a fourth-round pick, Aikens could end up starting over the anemic Finnegan at some point this season.

ON espn they also said he was a good pick.
 
He's on the finsiders now , said he bought the laptop from someone and it was stolen he happened to get caught with it, Zook vouched for him at Illinois.

People can learn from their mistakes. He ended up at a religious school, so who knows how he is now. Hopefully he changed his ways

He was charged with possession of stolen property because he bought a computer off another student who apparantely stole that computer.

You don't even know the guy and you are calling him a scumbag.
 
I can understand the pick. Finnegan is a huge question mark and is already 30. Grimes will be 31 by the start of the season. Taylor and Davis didn't show anything. Have to assume that Aikens was high on Hickey's board. Right now the biggest positions of need are LB, RB, TE , FS, DT and still need a big receiver to play on the outside that will probably be a priority in next years draft.

True...but if you're gonna steal $30 worth of food to avoid staying hungry, it sure ain't gonna be a few high priced crab legs. And then also I'd rather have a guy who doesn't have to force himself on a woman to have sex and then count on an enabling university, LE and legal system to whitewash it.

Stealing crab legs is not the same as putting a can of tuna or cat food in your pocket.

IMO I think he is going to end up at safety. Probably wont unseat last year's rookies so I can envision us moving him. He has the height and tackle ability to play back there.
 
I don't get this pick. But i will give him a chance I like Landry Turner and james i think they all make contributions this year
