Are you guys f-ing kidding me. They are in the fourth round and the Dolphins take a good size corner who looked good at the senior bowl and people are bitching. Do you idiots know how many good corners you need on your roster in this day and age? You can never have enough.

Harsh much? He was talking about last years picks with Jeff Ireland regarding Jamar Taylor and Will Davis (he was being nice as he didn't mention Dallas Thomas).

True...but if you're gonna steal $30 worth of food to avoid staying hungry, it sure ain't gonna be a few high priced crab legs. And then also I'd rather have a guy who doesn't have to force himself on a woman to have sex and then count on an enabling university, LE and legal system to whitewash it.

Read my post again. I'm not knocking Aikens. I'm knocking the fact that after drafting two CBs highly last year and signing expensive FAs there, we still have the need.

Someone in our Draft Day feature begged the Dolphins for more height in the secondary. He got his wish with the tall Walt Aikens. Cortland Finnegan is currently slated to start at corner for Miami, which has "disaster area" written all over it. Even though he's a fourth-round pick, Aikens could end up starting over the anemic Finnegan at some point this season.

ON espn they also said he was a good pick.

A-? But Walter lives in his basement and hates everything the dolphins do! Ermagad.

On a serious note, I know nothing about the player but I'm glad we took a corner. There is zero reason to put any faith in Taylor and Davis at this point, and Finnegan will probably be awful. I think CB is a bigger need than LB.

Shula had personnel guy named Charlie Winner who was well respected. They did well enough the 8-8 was considered a losing season every year.

I think you're the one who has zero clue as the how the "legal system" works in Tallahassee, when a high level athlete is involved.

Winston has proven his character. Busted.

And it wasn't because he was "hungry." Give it up, man.

Quit trying to defend a person that should be behind bars (for rape), if it weren't for deep pockets of boosters keeping him out of jail.
